Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage the Discord, Telegram, and interact with the community. Manage the interaction of the Community on Social Media Channel.
- Develop and promote content that is relevant and engaging to our Discord community.
- Plan and execute Discord events and initiatives to drive engagement and foster community growth and culture.
- Create Campaigns, contests, and giveaways to grow the community. Work close with the Marketing to boost with promotions.
- Refine the Positioning for the community channel of Discord and Telegram.
- Work closely with the C-Level, the moderators, Product management. Gather feedback from our Discord community and implement changes that enhance the user experience. Act as the bridge between internal teams and the community, helping connect the dots.
- Ensure that our Discord channels are compliant with our community guidelines and company code of conduct.
Qualifications - Must have
- In dept experience in managing large Discord & Telegram communities, with a deep understanding of Discord's features and functionality.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with the community members in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful Discord initiatives that drive engagement and growth
- Experience working in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry. Understanding of the web3 space and the ability to communicate complex concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Experience with other community management platforms
- Fluent in english
