About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong focus on frontend development to join our team. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies like Next.js, Tailwind, and TypeScript to build intuitive, high-performance web applications. This role isn’t just about writing code—it’s about shaping features end-to-end and ensuring our user experiences are as smooth and engaging as possible.

What You’ll Do

• Frontend Development: Build and maintain responsive, user-friendly interfaces with Next.js and Tailwind.

• Feature Ownership: Take on projects with high independence, translating ideas into working features even when requirements are loosely defined.

• UI/UX Contribution: Implement designs with attention to detail and provide valuable feedback to elevate our user experiences.

• Full-Stack Work: Make necessary backend adjustments using Node.js, ensuring seamless integration with the frontend.

• Quality Assurance: Write clean, well-tested code and participate in peer code reviews to keep our standards high.

• Collaboration: Work effectively with a distributed team across time zones, ensuring clear communication and consistent progress.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders in Product Management and other teams to ensure solutions fit our needs and maintain a high-quality standard.

Technical Qualifications

• Languages & Frameworks: Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript, with solid experience in React and Next.js (App Router and SSR).

• Styling: Expertise in Tailwind CSS and creating visually appealing, consistent UI components.

• Backend Knowledge: Working knowledge of Node.js for building and maintaining backend functionality.

• Performance & Optimization: Understanding frontend performance optimization techniques and strategies for delivering fast, efficient applications.

• Testing & Code Quality: Proficient in automated testing using Cypress, Jest, or similar frameworks. Strong familiarity with tools like ESLint and Prettier to maintain code quality.

• State Management: Hands-on experience with TanStack Query (or similar) and managing application state effectively.

• Version Control: Solid experience with Git and working in a collaborative, pull-request-driven development environment.

• Design Systems: Experience working with and contributing to design systems and UI libraries.

• Modern JavaScript: Deep understanding of modern ES features and JavaScript best practices

• Cloud Services: Familiarity with deploying and managing applications using Vercel, Supabase, AWS, or similar platforms

• i18n: Experience implementing internationalization in applications for a global user base

• Schema Validation: Experience using schema validation tools like Zod

• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate options, translate complex concepts, and make informed recommendations
